It achieved a price of USD 94,875.00 (€ 96,979.45), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 36%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andrew Wyeth achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Day Dream in November last year with an auction result of USD 23,290,000.00 (€ 22,561,270.95).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 94.875,00 (€ 96.979,45) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 36%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Andrew Wyeth erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Day Dream im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 23.290.000,00 (€ 22.561.270,95).
