Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Resting Teal by Andrew Glasby was sold in the The Sporting & Wildlife Sale auction at Bonhams in Edinburgh in September 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 612.00 (€ 674.83). Admittedly, works by Andrew Glasby have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Barn Owl in November 2021 with an auction result of GBP 3,187.50 (€ 3,742.42).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Resting Teal von Andrew Glasby wurde im September 2020 in der Auktion The Sporting & Wildlife Sale bei Bonhams in Edinburgh versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 612,00 (€ 674,83) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Andrew Glasby auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Barn Owl im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.187,50 (€ 3.742,42).
