The work Ecce Homo by Andrea Solario was sold in the Old Master & British Paintings Evening Sale auction at Sothebys in London in July 2015. It achieved a price of GBP 341,000.00 (€ 483,423.47), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 71%. This high result makes Ecce Homo the most expensive artwork by Andrea Solario that we have observed at auctions so far.
