Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of EUR 18,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Andrea Scacciati have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Parrot tulips, hydrangeas, carnations and other flowers in an urn with a parrot holding an earring in its beak on a ledge in October 2010 with an auction result of GBP 79,250.00 (€ 91,376.49).
