Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Immaculate Conception by Andrea Sacchi was sold in the Old Master & British Drawings auction at Christies in New York in January 2018. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 22,500.00 (€ 18,104.28). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andrea Sacchi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Allegory Of Rome in July 2019 with an auction result of GBP 447,000.00 (€ 490,776.28).
