Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,530.00 (€ 2,623.66). Admittedly, works by André Vignoles have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La chateau de Fermain Court in September 2007 with an auction result of USD 16,250.00 (€ 11,428.37).

Die Arbeit Still Life with Strawberries von André Vignoles wurde im Februar 2000 in der Auktion Impressionist, 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 2.530,00 (€ 2.623,66) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von André Vignoles auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La chateau de Fermain Court im September 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 16.250,00 (€ 11.428,37).
