In the Impressionist and Modern Art including Latin American and Russian Art auction, the work Elephants In Front Of Hindu Temples changed hands for USD 12,500.00 (€ 9,856.49) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by André Maire have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in July 2021 by the work Scène de plage at EUR 18,900.00.
