Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "Grammatik: 1 och 2" by Anders Widoff was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2018, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 300,000.00 – 400,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 250,000.00 (€ 23,625.14). Other works by Anders Widoff have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November 2012 by the work from "Opera" Nr 3 at SEK 210,000.00 (€ 24,228.29).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "Grammatik: 1 och 2" von Anders Widoff im April 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 300.000,00 – 400.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 250.000,00 (€ 23.625,14) den Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Anders Widoff wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im November 2012 die Arbeit from "Opera" Nr 3 mit SEK 210.000,00 (€ 24.228,29).
