Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Paysage en Lozere by Anders Osterlind was sold in the BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES auction at Christies in London in January 2002. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 646.25 (€ 1,061.79) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Anders Osterlind have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2002 the work La foret was auctioned for GBP 1,175.00 (€ 1,930.53).

Die Arbeit Paysage en Lozere von Anders Osterlind wurde im Januar 2002 in der Auktion BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES bei Christies in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 646,25 (€ 1.061,79) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Anders Osterlind konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Januar 2002 die Arbeit La foret für GBP 1.175,00 (€ 1.930,53) versteigert.
