A top price for Anders Osterlind
In January 2002 Christies in London held the auction BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES, which included the work La foret by Anders Osterlind. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,175.00 (€ 1,930.53), 47% above the upper estimate. With this result, La foret is even the most expensive work of art by Anders Osterlind that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Anders Osterlind
Im Januar 2002 führte Christies in London die Auktion BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES durch, in der auch die Arbeit La foret von Anders Osterlind zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.175,00 (€ 1.930,53) und damit 47% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist La foret sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Anders Osterlind, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
