Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Landscape by Anders Österlin was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2012, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 36,000.00 (€ 4,043.84). Other works by Anders Österlin have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2011 by the work "Organ, formar i förvandling till huvud och landskap" (Organ, shapes transforming into head and landscape) at SEK 48,000.00 (€ 5,324.16).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Landscape von Anders Österlin im April 2012 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 36.000,00 (€ 4.043,84) den Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Anders Österlin wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober 2011 die Arbeit "Organ, formar i förvandling till huvud och landskap" (Organ, shapes transforming into head and landscape) mit SEK 48.000,00 (€ 5.324,16).
