Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "Tru Red #3" by Anders Knutsson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2020, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 55,000.00 (€ 5,303.08). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anders Knutsson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Yellow #9", which sold at auction in April 2018 for SEK 140,000.00 (€ 13,230.08).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "Tru Red #3" von Anders Knutsson im Oktober 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 55.000,00 (€ 5.303,08) den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Anders Knutsson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Yellow #9" beobachtet, die im April 2018 für SEK 140.000,00 (€ 13.230,08) versteigert wurde.
