Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Pink Road by Anatoly Slepyshev was sold in the Russian Pictures, Works of Art and Icons auction at Sothebys in Olympia in June 2007. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,360.00 (€ 4,986.07) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Anatoly Slepyshev have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Dream in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 22,100.00 (€ 30,945.72).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Pink Road von Anatoly Slepyshev wurde im Juni 2007 in der Auktion Russian Pictures, Works of Art and Icons bei Sothebys in Olympia versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 3.360,00 (€ 4.986,07) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anatoly Slepyshev auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Dream im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.100,00 (€ 30.945,72).
