Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2017 Christies in New York held the auction Handpicked: 100 Works Selected by the Saatchi Gallery, which included the work Faust by Amy Bessone. Here, the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 5,250.00 (€ 4,907.46). Other works by Amy Bessone have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,381.63) in September 2017 for the work The Dandy and Raccoon.

Im März 2017 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Handpicked: 100 Works Selected by the Saatchi Gallery durch, in der auch die Arbeit Faust von Amy Bessone zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 5.250,00 (€ 4.907,46) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Amy Bessone haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.625,00 (€ 6.381,63) im September 2017 für die Arbeit The Dandy and Raccoon beobachtet.
