Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Mother & Son; & Earth & Life by Alixe Fu was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2018. The price achieved of HKD 43,750.00 (€ 4,779.88) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 35,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alixe Fu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Two scarecrows in May 2019 with an auction result of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 37,196.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Mother & Son; & Earth & Life von Alixe Fu kam im Mai 2018 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 43.750,00 (€ 4.779,88) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 35.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alixe Fu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Two scarecrows im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 37.196,16).
