Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Gate Gods(Painted in 2000) by Alixe Fu was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in October last year. The price achieved of HKD 96,000.00 (€ 12,301.99) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alixe Fu - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Two scarecrows, which sold at auction in May 2019 for HKD 325,000.00 (€ 37,196.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Gate Gods(Painted in 2000) von Alixe Fu wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 96.000,00 (€ 12.301,99) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Alixe Fu mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Two scarecrows beobachtet, die im Mai 2019 für HKD 325.000,00 (€ 37.196,16) versteigert wurde.
