Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tête de saint Jean-Baptiste by Alfredo Pina was sold in the Old Master & 19th Century Art auction at Artcurial in March this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 15,744.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Alfredo Pina have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2021 the work Le Secret De La Terre was auctioned for EUR 20,800.00.

Die Arbeit Tête de saint Jean-Baptiste von Alfredo Pina wurde im März diesen Jahres in der Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 15.744,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Alfredo Pina konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2021 die Arbeit Le Secret De La Terre für EUR 20.800,00 versteigert.
