Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Terrace In Fiesole. by Alfred William Finch was sold in the Spring Classic Sale, Helsinki F167 auction at Bukowski in Helsinki in June 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 15,200.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Alfred William Finch have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Faubourg sous la neige ou Scène de rue en hiver in October this year with an auction result of EUR 113,400.00.

Die Arbeit Terrace In Fiesole. von Alfred William Finch wurde im Juni 2013 in der Auktion Spring Classic Sale, Helsinki F167 bei Bukowski in Helsinki versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 15.200,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alfred William Finch auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Faubourg sous la neige ou Scène de rue en hiver im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 113.400,00.
