Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Summer Landscape. by Alfred William Finch for EUR 1,400.00. This price was achieved in the auction Autumn Classic Sale F169 at Bukowski in Helsinki and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred William Finch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Faubourg sous la neige ou Scène de rue en hiver in October this year with an auction result of EUR 113,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Summer Landscape. von Alfred William Finch für EUR 1.400,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Autumn Classic Sale F169 bei Bukowski in Helsinki erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alfred William Finch erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Faubourg sous la neige ou Scène de rue en hiver im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 113.400,00.
