Despite a disappointment, a good price for Alfred Seiland
In May 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Group Of Eight Photographs, 1979-1981 by Alfred Seiland for GBP 10,000.00 (€ 12,459.56). This price was achieved in the auction The Gunter Sachs Collection Day Auction at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 12,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Group Of Eight Photographs, 1979-1981 is the most expensive artwork by Alfred Seiland that we have observed at auction so far.

Im Mai 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Group Of Eight Photographs, 1979-1981 von Alfred Seiland für GBP 10.000,00 (€ 12.459,56) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Gunter Sachs Collection Day Auction bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 12.000,00 – 15.000,00.
