Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction 19th & 20th Century Sculpture, which included the work L'hirondelle blessée (The Wounded Swallow) by Alfred Boucher. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,190.00 (€ 9,604.47). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred Boucher achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Frenchl'Hirondelle Blessée in February 2017 with an auction result of GBP 85,000.00 (€ 99,481.54).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 19th & 20th Century Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit L'hirondelle blessée (The Wounded Swallow) von Alfred Boucher zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 8.190,00 (€ 9.604,47) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alfred Boucher erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Frenchl'Hirondelle Blessée im Februar 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 85.000,00 (€ 99.481,54).
