Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Alfred Bergström could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Spring Sale auction, the work Summer landscape with red cottage behind a roundpole fence changed hands for SEK 15,000.00 (€ 1,478.73) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Other works by Alfred Bergström have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in June 2018 by the work Low tide, from the coast at Le Havre, Normandy at SEK 30,000.00 (€ 2,869.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alfred Bergström konnte im Juni 2021 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important Spring Sale wechselte die Arbeit Summer landscape with red cottage behind a roundpole fence für SEK 15.000,00 (€ 1.478,73) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Alfred Bergström wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Juni 2018 die Arbeit Low tide, from the coast at Le Havre, Normandy mit SEK 30.000,00 (€ 2.869,74).
