Auction result well in line with expectations
The work M1, 1967 by Alfonso Hüppi was auctioned at Christies in Geneva in March 2005. The price achieved of CHF 4,200.00 (€ 2,709.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alfonso Hüppi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November last year with an auction result of EUR 15,840.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit M1, 1967 von Alfonso Hüppi kam im März 2005 bei Christies in Genf zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 4.200,00 (€ 2.709,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alfonso Hüppi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 15.840,00.
