Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,650.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexei Alexeevich Arapov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Dinner Party in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 26,400.00 (€ 39,176.27).
