Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work A Walk Along The River by Alexandre René Veron for USD 2,000.00 (€ 1,792.92). This price was achieved in the auction European Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexandre René Veron achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Along the riverbanks in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 17,625.00 (€ 20,769.50).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Walk Along The River von Alexandre René Veron für USD 2.000,00 (€ 1.792,92) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion European Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexandre René Veron erzielen.
