Die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1954 von Alexandre Istrati kam im Oktober 2015 bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.340,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexandre Istrati auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans Titre, Circa 1950 im Februar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.588,00.
