It achieved a price of GBP 776.75 (€ 1,165.41), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 29%. Admittedly, works by Alexandre Delatour have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of Countess Elisaveta Vorontsova, Née Branicka (1792-1880) in November 2018 with an auction result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,279.70).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 776,75 (€ 1.165,41) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 29%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexandre Delatour auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait Of Countess Elisaveta Vorontsova, Née Branicka (1792-1880) im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.279,70).
