Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Group Of Four Costume Designs For The May Queen by Alexander Yakovlevich Golovin was sold in the Russian Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in November 2012. The price achieved of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 18,478.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexander Yakovlevich Golovin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of Fridrikh Eduardovich Krimmer, 1919 in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 90,500.00 (€ 134,297.45).

Die Arbeit A Group Of Four Costume Designs For The May Queen von Alexander Yakovlevich Golovin wurde im November 2012 in der Auktion Russian Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 18.478,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden.
