Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 3 Kids by Alexander Tinei was sold in the Contemporary Passions auction at Sothebys in Cologne in November 2021. The price achieved of EUR 5,040.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexander Tinei - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Game, which sold at auction in October 2020 for EUR 14,131.00.
