The work A View Of St Petersburg From The Universitetskaya Embankment by Alexander Karlovich Beggrov was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in June 2020. The auction ended at the price of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 33,039.80), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexander Karlovich Beggrov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Panorama of The Neva River Left Embankment And The Strelka of Vasilievsii Island, St. Petersburg in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 156,000.00 (€ 231,496.15).

Die Arbeit A View Of St Petersburg From The Universitetskaya Embankment von Alexander Karlovich Beggrov wurde im Juni 2020 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert.
