In the American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work On The River Loing sold for USD 2,250.00 (€ 2,039.52) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexander Harrison achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seascape in March 2006 with an auction result of USD 42,000.00 (€ 34,599.23).
