The work Un jour d'Avril by Alecos Fassianos was auctioned at Bonhams in Paris in November this year. It achieved a price of EUR 48,640.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 39 %. Admittedly, works by Alecos Fassianos have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Greek the Return in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 169,250.00 (€ 197,582.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 39 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Un jour d'Avril von Alecos Fassianos kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 48.640,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 39 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alecos Fassianos auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Greek the Return im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 169.250,00 (€ 197.582,04).
