Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Deux cyclistes by Alecos Fassianos was auctioned at Bonhams in Paris in November this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 21,760.00. Admittedly, works by Alecos Fassianos have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Greek the Return in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 169,250.00 (€ 197,582.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Deux cyclistes von Alecos Fassianos kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 21.760,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alecos Fassianos auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Greek the Return im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 169.250,00 (€ 197.582,04).
