Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Gran Caffè by Alberto Sughi for EUR 2,800.00. This price was achieved in the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea | Gioielli e Orologi | Argenti at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 3,000.00 – 3,500.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Alberto Sughi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Donna seduta in November 2000 with an auction result of ITL 12,925,000.00 (€ 11,893.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Gran Caffè von Alberto Sughi für EUR 2.800,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea | Gioielli e Orologi | Argenti bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 3.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alberto Sughi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Donna seduta im November 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 12.925.000,00 (€ 11.893,26).
