Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Les Atlantes by Alberto Savinio was sold in the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction at Sothebys in Milan in November 2016. The result of EUR 20,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alberto Savinio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Croix marine in October 2018 with an auction result of GBP 692,750.00 (€ 781,208.28).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Les Atlantes von Alberto Savinio wurde im November 2016 in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 20.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alberto Savinio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Croix marine im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 692.750,00 (€ 781.208,28).
