This artwork by Alberto García-Alix achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in May 2010. In the PHOTOGRAPHS auction, the work El Brazo de Ana sold for GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,322.74) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,500.00. This high result makes El Brazo de Ana the most expensive artwork by Alberto García-Alix that we have observed at auctions so far.
