Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ritratto Di Donna by Alberto Ferrero was auctioned at Christies in Rome in November 2004. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,240.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Alberto Ferrero have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Beneficienza in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 5,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ritratto Di Donna von Alberto Ferrero kam im November 2004 bei Christies in Rom zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.240,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alberto Ferrero auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Beneficienza im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.000,00.
