Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Studie 3 by Al Hansen was auctioned at Sothebys in Cologne in November 2021. The price achieved of EUR 1,008.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Al Hansen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Charlotte Moorman Came Out From Behind Her Cello and Danced All Night in November 2019 with an auction result of USD 187,500.00 (€ 170,160.63).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Studie 3 von Al Hansen kam im November 2021 bei Sothebys in Köln zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.008,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Al Hansen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Charlotte Moorman Came Out From Behind Her Cello and Danced All Night im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 187.500,00 (€ 170.160,63).
