Admittedly, works by Al Hansen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Charlotte Moorman Came Out From Behind Her Cello and Danced All Night in November 2019 with an auction result of USD 187,500.00 (€ 170,160.63).

Die Arbeit Ooh Ooh Ooh von Al Hansen kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 44.100,00 (€ 41.392,90) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Al Hansen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Charlotte Moorman Came Out From Behind Her Cello and Danced All Night im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 187.500,00 (€ 170.160,63).
