In September 2021 Christies held the auction South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art, which included the work Several Triangles by Akkitham Narayanan. The »bidding war« ended at USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,478.36), 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Akkitham Narayanan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Green And Red, which sold at auction in September 2021 for USD 16,250.00 (€ 14,036.45).

Im September 2021 führte Christies die Auktion South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Several Triangles von Akkitham Narayanan zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.478,36) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Akkitham Narayanan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Green And Red beobachtet, die im September 2021 für USD 16.250,00 (€ 14.036,45) versteigert wurde.
