Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work "Göteborgsgata med gulbrunt hus på muren, himlen ljus" by Åke Göransson for SEK 175,000.00 (€ 18,118.40). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Art + Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 200,000.00 – 250,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Åke Göransson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Seated model, which sold at auction in May this year for SEK 520,000.00 (€ 44,805.71).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Göteborgsgata med gulbrunt hus på muren, himlen ljus" von Åke Göransson für SEK 175.000,00 (€ 18.118,40) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 200.000,00 – 250.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Åke Göransson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Seated model beobachtet, die im Mai diesen Jahres für SEK 520.000,00 (€ 44.805,71) versteigert wurde.
