Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Åke Göransson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Modern Sale auction, the work "Göteborgsgata med gulbrunt hus på muren, himlen ljus" changed hands for SEK 75,000.00 (€ 8,086.59) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 200,000.00 – 250,000.00. Admittedly, works by Åke Göransson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Seated model in May this year with an auction result of SEK 520,000.00 (€ 44,805.71).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Åke Göransson konnte im Oktober 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The Modern Sale wechselte die Arbeit "Göteborgsgata med gulbrunt hus på muren, himlen ljus" für SEK 75.000,00 (€ 8.086,59) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 200.000,00 – 250.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Åke Göransson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Seated model im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 520.000,00 (€ 44.805,71).
