Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2004 Christies in New York held the auction 19TH CENTURY EUROPEAN ART, which included the work Two Shepherdesses with a Dog by Aimé Perret. It changed hands for a price of USD 14,340.00 (€ 11,250.59) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Aimé Perret have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2003 the work Waiting for the Ferry was auctioned for USD 17,925.00 (€ 14,596.91).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2004 führte Christies in New York die Auktion 19TH CENTURY EUROPEAN ART durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two Shepherdesses with a Dog von Aimé Perret zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 14.340,00 (€ 11.250,59) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Aimé Perret konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2003 die Arbeit Waiting for the Ferry für USD 17.925,00 (€ 14.596,91) versteigert.
