A top price for Aimé Mpane - as previously expected
The work Congolese12 Portraits by Aimé Mpane was sold in the Modern & Contemporary African Art auction at Sothebys in London in March 2018. The result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 22,771.10) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Congolese12 Portraits is the most expensive artwork by Aimé Mpane that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Congolese12 Portraits von Aimé Mpane wurde im März 2018 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary African Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 22.771,10) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00.
