Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Metaphorical landscape) by Ahmed Parvez was sold in the Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art auction at Bonhams in London in November last year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,657.50 (€ 1,920.66). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ahmed Parvez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in March 2021 with an auction result of USD 27,500.00 (€ 23,418.21).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Metaphorical landscape) von Ahmed Parvez wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.657,50 (€ 1.920,66) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ahmed Parvez erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.500,00 (€ 23.418,21).
