The »bidding war« ended at EUR 26,000.00 73% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ahmed Louardiri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Musique Et Joie, which sold at auction in November 2014 for EUR 73,720.00.

Die Arbeit La Mosquee De Karaouiyne von Ahmed Louardiri wurde im November 2014 in der Auktion Moroccan Spirit: 1874-2014 bei Artcurial versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 26.000,00 und damit 73% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Ahmed Louardiri mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Musique Et Joie beobachtet, die im November 2014 für EUR 73.720,00 versteigert wurde.
