In May 2008 Sothebys in London held the auction Scottish Pictures, which included the work Waiting For The Steamer by Agnes M. Cowieson. It changed hands for a price of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 7,155.25) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Waiting For The Steamer is the most expensive artwork by Agnes M. Cowieson that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Mai 2008 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Scottish Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Waiting For The Steamer von Agnes M. Cowieson zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 5.625,00 (€ 7.155,25) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00.
