Here, the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 61,250.00 (€ 71,049.82). With this result, River Landscape With A Bastion is even the most expensive work of art by Adriaen van der Cabel that we have observed at auctions so far.
