In June 2009 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Le Midi, 1931 by Adolphe Milich. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,785.00 49% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Adolphe Milich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Liegender Akt. 1929. in July 2007 with an auction result of CHF 20,400.00 (€ 12,377.48).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 49 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2009 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Midi, 1931 von Adolphe Milich zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.785,00 und damit 49% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Adolphe Milich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Liegender Akt. 1929. im Juli 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 20.400,00 (€ 12.377,48).
