In February 2010 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & 19th Century Paintings, Drawings and Prints, which included the work Vue D'Un Fleuve Bordé D'Une Manufacture by Adolphe Felix Cals. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,611.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adolphe Felix Cals achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bord de Rivière En Hiver in June 2005 with an auction result of EUR 16,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2010 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Paintings, Drawings and Prints durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vue D'Un Fleuve Bordé D'Une Manufacture von Adolphe Felix Cals zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.611,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adolphe Felix Cals erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bord de Rivière En Hiver im Juni 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 16.800,00.
